Job summary

Alter Domus is seeking a Client Onboarding Senior Officer for night shift in Taguig, Philippines. You will oversee end-to-end onboarding across private equity, real estate, and private credit, coordinating with Legal, Compliance, and Investor Services to ensure timely completion of setup, data migration, and documentation.

The role requires 3+ years in onboarding or related fields, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in client onboarding or related roles.
• Experience with KYC/AML and onboarding documentation.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; project tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end onboarding activities across business segments.
• Follow onboarding workflows to complete tasks accurately and on time.
• Coordinate onboarding lifecycle including setup, data migration tracking, and offboarding.
• Track timelines, deliverables, and dependencies through go-live and deal closing.
• Maintain onboarding checklists, trackers, and status reporting.
• Act as coordination point across internal teams (Legal, Compliance, Investor Services, Payments, Platform Delivery).
• Escalate issues or risks to onboarding managers to ensure readiness.
• Lead or participate in kickoffs, status calls, and follow-ups.
• Provide proactive updates and manage expectations.
• Coordinate and review KYC/AML documentation (entity data, ownership, tax forms).
• Assist with deal document review (LPA, credit agreements, fee letters).
• Support closing readiness; ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
• Identify workflow gaps and support onboarding process improvements.
• Contribute to SOPs, templates, and best practices for onboarding.
• Manage onboarding infrastructure (CRM, SFTP, distribution lists, branding, platform liaison).
• Collect, process, and submit KYC documents; support CAC requirements.
• Track and coordinate legal and closing documents, governing documents, and fee letters.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Operations and clients to meet timelines.
• Support MSAs for sub-agent deals with cross-functional coordination.
