Job summary

Ubiquity is seeking a Senior Client Accounting professional to oversee accounting for assigned clients, ensuring accurate books and timely reporting. You will manage AR, AP, GL, and financial statements with precision.

You’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, driving improvements and ensuring compliance across close processes and audits.

Qualifications

• Must have accounting knowledge and experience with client accounting
• Familiarity with intermediate accounting principles and audit support

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting activities for assigned clients including AR, AP, GL, and reporting
• Complete timely and accurate recording of transactions, reconciliations and adjustments
• Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements
• Coordinate and lead month-end and year-end close processes for client accounts
• Prepare and review financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow) ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning with clients and internal stakeholders
• Analyze financial data, identify trends, variances and provide insights to clients and management
