Job summary

Ubiquity is seeking a Senior Accountant who embodies Head, Heart, Hustle. You will support month-end close, ensure accurate reconciliations, and prepare financial reporting analyses in a hybrid graveyard-shift role. Strong English, Excel proficiency, and meticulous reviewing skills are essential.

Must hold CPA status (US CPA a plus) with 3–5 years in accounting. You will coordinate with Kroll teams and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Public Accountant.
• US CPA is a plus.
• 3-5 years in Accounting Experience.
• Willing to work a graveyard shift and Hybrid set-up.
• Advanced and strong knowledge of English.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent reviewing skills, on hard copy or digital.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Kroll Corporate Finance team on month end close schedules for Kroll Issuer Service and Kroll Agency & Trustee Services (KIS and KATS).
• Aggregate and review month end close schedules.
• Ensure reconciling items on month end close schedules are recorded accurately.
• Help prepare month end close financial reporting analysis.
• Record month end reconciliation entries.
• Other finance-related tasks as needed.
