Job summary

Ubiquity is seeking a Senior Client Accountant to oversee day‑to‑day client accounting, including AR/AP/GL and financial reporting. You’ll ensure accurate transaction recording, lead month- and year-end closes, and provide insights to clients.

You’ll work with the accounting team to review journal entries, support budgeting and forecasting, and advise clients on financial strategy while upholding compliance and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in bookkeeping/accounting in public accounting, corporate, or private business.
• Thorough understanding of intermediate accounting principles.
• Proficient knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting activities for assigned clients, including AR, AP, GL, and financial reporting.
• Complete and ensure timely recording of transactions, reconciliations, and adjustments.
• Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
