Job summary

Millennium Erectors Corporation is seeking a licensed Civil Engineer to oversee horizontal construction projects in Metro Manila and surrounding areas. You will lead site teams, prepare schedules, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to plans, safety standards, and budgets.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience, is proficient in MS Excel and MS Project, and can generate clear reports, take-offs, and progress billings for timely project close-out.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and valid professional license.
• At least 5 years of experience in construction projects.
• Experience in progress billings and accomplishment reports.
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Project, and basic engineering software.
• Strong coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage horizontal construction works.
• Prepare, monitor, and update project schedules and work programs.
• Prepare and process progress billings, take-offs, and reports.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with plans, safety standards, and policies.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor quality, cost, and timelines.
• Prepare technical reports, daily logs, and project documentation.
• Assist in cost control, variation orders, and close-out activities.
