Responsibilities

• Oversees the estimating process, from planning to completion of the estimate.
• Solicits supplier bids and proposals for labor, material and equipment and evaluates proposals to ensure they meet project specifications and budget requirements.
• Distribution of load to estimator.
• Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adheres to the approved budget.
• Estimating and determining cost used by the company to bid on prospective projects.
• Cost troubleshooting and cost analysis.
