Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Experience in Heavy Engineering Construction is essential.
• Total engineering experience of 8–15 years.
• 5–10 years in a Project Manager position.
• Knowledge of costing, planning and scheduling processes.
• Licensed Civil Engineer or not (flexible)
• Willing to start ASAP
• Willing to work in any project locations
• Willing to do site visits.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, manages, and provides oversight of design and construction projects to meet schedule and budget objectives.
• Communicates effectively with GEC, field staff, technical staff, contractors and management; coordinates with project partners.
• Assists in managing key agency initiatives and projects; exercises judgment with limited supervision.
