Planate Management Group in the Philippines is seeking a Licensed Civil Engineer to lead planning, design review, supervision, inspection, and quality assurance for utility infrastructure and airfield pavement works on aerodrome projects.

You will ensure compliance with approved plans and aviation standards, review technical documents, and coordinate with government authorities, consultants, and contractors, traveling to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer with PRC license required.
• Minimum 10 years of professional civil engineering experience.
• At least 7 years in utility infrastructure or airfield pavement works for aerodrome/projects.
• Experience in airport development, utility relocation, drainage networks or underground infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and report-writing skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage and inspect utility infrastructure works or airfield pavement works.
• Ensure construction activities comply with approved plans, specifications, applicable codes, and QA/QC requirements.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical documentation.
• Monitor testing, commissioning, and inspection activities to verify compliance with project and operational requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, utility providers, and stakeholders to resolve technical and construction issues.
• Prepare and review inspection reports, test results, progress updates, and recommendations for corrective actions.
• Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
