Job summary

Planate Management Group South East Asia Corp (PMG SEAC) is seeking a licensed Civil Engineer to oversee planning, design review, supervision, inspection, and QA/QC for utility infrastructure and airfield pavement works on aerodrome projects.

The role requires extensive experience in civil engineering, including runway rehabilitation and related works, and collaboration with government, airport authorities, consultants, and contractors.

Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer with a valid PRC license.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of professional experience in civil engineering.
• At least seven (7) years in utility infrastructure or airfield pavement works for aerodrome projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, review design, supervise, inspect, and assure quality of utility infrastructure or airfield pavement works.
• Ensure compliance with approved plans, specs, aviation requirements, and applicable standards.
• Review shop drawings, submittals, method statements, and technical documents.
