Planate Management Group South East Asia Corp (PMG SEAC) seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead aerodrome and airport construction initiatives. You will drive planning, execution, and control, coordinating with clients, consultants, and regulatory agencies to ensure safe and compliant delivery on schedule and within budget.

• Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect with PRC license.
• Must have been professionally licensed for at least 20 years.
• Minimum 15 years of experience as a Project Manager in aerodrome/airport construction.
• Experience managing large-scale construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, construction methodologies, contract administration, cost control, scheduling, QA/QC, and risk management.
• Familiarity with ICAO standards and airport design/construction requirements is an advantage.
• Proficient in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage all phases of the aerodrome construction project, ensuring safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery.
• Oversee construction activities and ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, contract requirements, and aviation standards.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and overall project performance.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, airport authorities, and regulatory agencies to ensure effective project execution.
• Implement and enforce QA/QC, health and safety, and environmental compliance requirements across all project activities.
• Prepare and present project progress reports, resolve technical and contractual issues, and provide leadership to the project team.
• Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
