Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Licensed/Registered Civil Engineer (RCE) in the Philippines.
• Experience in construction, design, estimation, and project implementation.
• Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to conduct site inspections and supervise field activities.
• Able to work independently and coordinate with project teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review civil, structural, and site development plans.
• Develop designs, drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Conduct site assessments, measurements, and technical evaluations.
• Coordinate with architects, electrical and mechanical engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and construction details.
• Prepare quantity take-offs and project cost estimates.
• Monitor project costs, schedules, and progress; manage safety and quality.
• Prepare progress, inspection, accomplishment, and turnover reports.
• Assist in project turnover, punch-list, testing, and final inspection.
