Job summary

All Waste Services in Santo Tomas, Batangas is seeking a Senior Chemist for a full-time, on-site role. You will oversee laboratory operations related to waste characterization, treatment, and disposal, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and internal standards.

You will plan and perform chemical analyses, validate methods, interpret data, and prepare technical reports while mentoring staff and supporting audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Strong laboratory skills, safe chemical handling, and instrument operation.
• Quality control experience including method validation, calibration, and documentation.
• Advanced analytical skills and data interpretation for environmental testing.
• R&D experience in waste treatment or environmental chemistry.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and hazardous waste classifications.
• Proficiency with LIMS and MS Office; strong reporting skills.
• Attention to detail and safe work in a regulated setting.
• Effective communication and mentoring abilities for junior staff.
• Experience in waste management or industrial chemistry is beneficial.
