MicroSourcing in Taguig is seeking a Change & Release Manager to govern end-to-end change and release processes on site at BGC, working the Australian day shift.

The role requires 5+ years in Change and Release Management, ITIL expertise, and ServiceNow proficiency; CAB chairing, risk review, and collaboration with DevOps to align CI/CD with governance and risk standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Change and Release Management within a large-scale enterprise environment.
• Strong expertise in ITIL Change Management processes.
• Experience managing changes in a complex Telecommunications environment (Network, Billing, or Customer Systems).
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage a high-volume change calendar.
• Strong conflict resolution skills to manage competing priorities for maintenance windows.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow or similar enterprise Change Management modules.
• Willingness to work onsite in BGC on an Australian day shift schedule.

Responsabilités

• Chair the Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings to review high-risk changes and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Coordinate Release Management activities, ensuring that software and hardware deployments follow the agreed-upon release path and testing protocols.
• Monitor and report on change success rates, identifying failed changes and driving Post-Implementation Reviews (PIR).
• Collaborate with DevOps and delivery teams to align CI/CD pipelines with organizational governance and risk standards.

Your Role
