Job summary

MicroSourcing International in Taguig is seeking a Change & Release Manager to oversee the lifecycle of changes and releases for enterprise systems. The role emphasizes ITIL-based service management, minimizing disruption while enabling innovation.

You will work closely with stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams to plan, test, and deploy changes. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in change/release management, strong ITIL knowledge, and hands-on experience with ServiceNow and Jira.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end change management lifecycle (logging, assessment, approval, implementation, review).
• Coordinate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and stakeholder approvals.
• Oversee release planning, scheduling, and deployment.
• Ensure risk management, rollback planning, and post-implementation reviews.
• Maintain compliance with policies, standards, and audit requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement and process optimization.
• Manage ITSM tools (ServiceNow) and CMDB updates.
• Collaborate across ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Configuration).

Your Role

Responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of changes and releases to enterprise systems, ensuring compliance with ITIL-based service management processes, minimizing service disruption, and balancing innovation with operational stability. Works closely with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to ensure effective planning, testing, and deployment.

As a Change & Release Manager, You Will
