Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years of experience in a securities/investment environment.
• Working knowledge of cash settlements, income processing, wire payments, FX, liquidity pools, and custodial processes.
• Understanding end-to-end cash flows, cash projections, reconciliations, and dependencies across investment teams.
• Demonstrated ability to operate within SOX requirements, internal controls, and approved procedures.
• Strong problem-solving, data validation, and attention to detail; able to escalate and coordinate across regions and internal teams.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; capable of coordinating with stakeholders across cultures.

Responsabilités

• Validate, record, and process cash, income, and investment-related transactions.
• Execute wire payments and FX transactions to support timely settlements.
• Process liquidity pool transactions and reflect activity in company records.
• Support intraday call-ups for cash projections and funding availability.
• Investigate cash breaks and discrepancies, coordinating with custodians and regional offices.
• Monitor shared mailboxes and provide timely status updates on transactions.
• Maintain compliance with SOX controls, signature lists, and reviewer/approver routing.
• Provide coaching and support to teammates; contribute to process improvements and projects.
