Job summary

Emerson is seeking a Campaign Analyst in Mandaluyong City, Philippines, to support marketing efforts by collecting, analyzing, and reporting on data from campaigns, websites, and social media. You will identify trends, track KPIs, and help optimize strategies, working with stakeholders to translate data into action.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems or similar with strong analytics background.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, campaign analytics, digital analytics, BI, or related field.
• Attention to detail for accurate data entry, tracking, and analysis.
• Strong data storytelling and data visualization skills.
• Strong quantitative and analytical abilities.
• Strong communication skills to explain data to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Power BI or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Turn campaign and customer data into insights, trends, and recommendations for marketing teams.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, KPIs, and measurement frameworks.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Digital Intelligence, IT, and other teams to translate business needs into analytics solutions.
• Improve data quality, governance, and campaign measurement; automate recurring work.
• Explore AI, automation, and analytics technologies to deliver insights.
• Clearly communicate findings and develop best practices and documentation.
