Job summary

Emerson is seeking a Software Engineer - C# with an electronics background to design, implement and validate complex test software for RFIC measurement systems. You will own features end-to-end, collaborate with global R&D teams, and contribute to architecture and code reviews.

The role requires deep C# expertise, hands-on lab skills with RF instruments, and strong problem-solving and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Mentorship and process improvement are part of the scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Electronics/Instrumentation/Electrical Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in development of application/system/ATE for Test and Measurement, preferably RF.
• Hands-on design, development and debugging skills in C#.

Responsibilities

• Research, design and implement application software/Measurement IP for test systems validating RFICs (Power Amplifiers, RFFE, Transceivers, Filters, Switches).
• Own system/features from definition to release; lead critical issues to resolution.
• Collaborate with global R&D teams on feature dependencies and product releases.
• Design/Develop IP/features for reuse across systems and future opportunities; follow standard development processes.
• Provide technical leadership; participate in design reviews and architecture discussions.
• Mentor junior engineers/technicians and drive continuous improvement.
