Job summary

Complete Development (CoDev) is seeking a senior engineer for a fully remote financial systems project focused on ledger integrity, reconciliation workflows, and banking platform integrations. The role operates on the PH night shift (9 PM–6 AM) with equipment provided.

The candidate will translate financial rules into reliable services, own implementation and testing, and use Claude Code to accelerate delivery while ensuring correctness, security, and maintainability of changes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in backend or full-stack roles.
• Senior-level ownership of complex backend systems; 3–5 years in financial apps is common.
• Proficiency with C# and .NET backend development.
• Experience with ledger, reconciliation, and banking integrations.

Responsibilities

• Translate financial rules into reliable services and own implementation and testing.
• Use Claude Code to accelerate delivery while ensuring correctness and security.
• Design ledger services, reconciliation workflows, and balancing calculations.
• Build idempotent APIs and background jobs to avoid duplicate effects.
• Ensure transaction boundaries and isolation levels prevent race conditions.
