Job summary

Crawford and Company is seeking a seasoned Software Engineer to design, code, test, and document complex software systems. You will develop new software and adapt existing solutions to meet specialized requirements while collaborating with analysts, engineers, and IT staff.

The role requires strong OO skills, API development with C#, and cloud experience (AWS, Azure DevOps, GraphQL). You will work on enterprise-scale, high-availability projects and participate in code reviews and mentoring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years in C# with REST API development.
• 2+ years AWS (Lambda, Fargate, ElasticCache, SQS, SNS, Elastic Beanstalk and/or CloudFormation).
• Elasticsearch/ELK stack experience is a strong plus.
• Strong object-oriented development background.
• MuleSoft, Angular, Auth0, CI/CD in Azure DevOps, GraphQL are strong plusses.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale, high-volume, high-availability systems.
• Experience conducting code reviews and mentoring developers.
• Must be available on East Coast hours.
