Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) in Singapore seeks a Business Systems Senior Analyst to define complex system scopes and objectives, collaborating with internal partners and business units to develop, install and enhance systems.

You will lead by example, work with IT teams and external vendors, analyze business needs, translate them into system specs, and create end-user training materials. A degree plus 2–5 years of experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Participate in business processes to identify and implement technical solutions.
• Respond to stakeholder inquiries regarding system processes and capabilities.
• Research and support advanced end-user applications and test end-user processes.
• Develop relationships with high-level clients and IT teams.
• Review information on areas of improvement and implement changes to increase user satisfaction.
• Log and track work tickets with external vendors; provide end-users with guidance on efficient system use.
