Sunnies Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Solutions Analyst in Metro Manila to design, develop, and deploy scalable business models and templates that improve efficiency and decision-making.

The Senior Business Solutions Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable business models, templates, and operational solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making across the organization. This role partners closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to understand business processes, assumptions, and requirements, translating them into practical and sustainable solutions.
Partner with Department SMEs to understand current workflows, operational challenges, business rules, and decision-making process
Facilitate requirements gathering sessions to identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and process improvement.
Document business requirements, assumptions, dependencies, and success metrics for assigned projects.
Challenge existing processes constructively and recommend alternative approaches that improve efficiency, scalability, and usability.
Translate business needs into structured solution designs and development plans.
Design, build, test, and maintain business models, templates, calculators, trackers, and other operational tools that support business processes.
Develop automated and scalable solutions using advanced Excel functionality, including Power Query, VBA/macros, Power Automate, and complex formulas.
Ensure solutions are accurate, reliable, user-friendly, and aligned with business requirements.
Establish appropriate controls, validations, and documentation to support long‑term sustainability and governance.
Continuously improve existing solutions based on business feedback, process changes, and operational needs.
Collaborate with departments and teams to integrate relevant data sources and reporting requirements into business solutions.
Coordinate with MIS teams to leverage system-generated data and ensure alignment with existing technology platforms.
Identify process inefficiencies and opportunities for operational improvement
Support cross‑functional projects that require coordination between multiple BI&A functions and business stakeholders.
Ensure developed solutions align with organizational standards, data governance requirements, and business objectives.
Lead solution deployment activities, including user testing, implementation planning, documentation, and stakeholder training.
Establish deployment environments using SharePoint, OneDrive, or other approved collaboration platforms to support operational ownership.
Facilitate handover of completed solutions to business users while ensuring knowledge transfer and adoption.
Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, enhancements, and maintenance for deployed solutions as needed.
Monitor solution performance and recommend improvements to maintain effectiveness over time.
Serve as the primary escalation point for the Business Solutions Analyst on project challenges, technical issues, and stakeholder concerns.
Provide coaching, guidance, and technical support throughout project execution.
Review work outputs to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to established standards.
Share best practices, development techniques, and problem‑solving approaches to support capability building within the team
Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in modeling, analytics, or business solutions role — specifically involving the development of models or templates used in production.
Advanced Excel proficiency: Power Query, Power Automate, VBA/macro development, and advanced formulas
Experience pulling data via Power Query from external sources — familiarity with Dataflow or OneLake connections is a strong plus.
Working knowledge of SharePoint and OneDrive — able to set up and structure environments for deployed team‑operated solutions.
Proven ability to partner with non‑technical stakeholders, extract requirements, and challenge assumptions constructively.
