Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline with 5–8 years related experience or advanced degrees with fewer years.
• Strong analytics ability and experience turning data into actionable insights.
• Proficient in SQL, ETL processes, and cloud data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a robust operational reporting portfolio to enhance decision-making.
• Analyze complex business problems using internal/external data sources for insights.
• Interpret data with statistics to generate timely stakeholder reports.
• Provide ad hoc analyses and partner with teams to meet evolving needs.
• Monitor data quality, accuracy, and completeness for reliable reporting.
• Stay updated on data analysis tools and trends to drive improvements.
