Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of business plans for one of the listed business units.
• Brand New Machines, Power Systems & Allied Products, Rental & Used Machines, Product Support.
• Craft strategies, tactics, and action plans aligned with Caterpillar and principal priorities to achieve business unit targets, market share growth, and customer satisfaction excellence.
