Job summary

Ernst & Young Advisory Services Sdn Bhd in the Philippines seeks a Senior Business Consultant to drive transformation programs for P&C insurance clients. You will gather requirements, write BRDs/FSDs, and work with Product Owners to shape future-state processes and configurations.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in stakeholder management and communication.
• End-to-end processes in P&C insurance domain.
• Data transformation, data modelling, data mapping, transformation rules, data migration, data profiling, data visualisation, Tableau, Power-BI, Reporting, SQL knowledge.
• AI and Gen AI use cases implementation, understanding of AI architecture for AI Use cases.
• Willing to work in flexible shifts with overlap with US/UK hours.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Industry certifications AINS 21-24 in Insurance will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Worked on multiple Business transformation, upgrade and modernization programs.
• Requirements Gathering, Elicitation – writing BRDs and FSDs; conducting JAD sessions and workshops with Product Owner.
• Collaborate with clients to define the optimal future state operational processes and related product configuration.
• Define scope by providing innovative solutions and manage change requests while delivering business value.
• Prepare detailed requirement documents with dataflow and process flow diagrams.
• Coordinate with product design and development to analyze and extract functional enhancements.
• Provide product consultancy and assist with acceptance criteria and project lifecycle support.
• Oversee resource management, team allocation, and performance optimization.
