Job summary

ABSI is seeking a Senior Expert, Business Capability Analyst to bridge business intent with technical execution. You will refine product requirements into clear functional specifications for technology teams, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks within your scope of work.

Working under the guidance of the Program Delivery & Execution Head, you will support end-to-end delivery, collaborate with architects, and engage stakeholders to validate complete and actionable requirements.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software or technology environment.
• Experience working in cross-functional delivery teams alongside Product, Tech, and Architecture.
• Exposure to or system integrators is an advantage.
• Working knowledge of Telco domain (Prepaid, Postpaid, B2B, Digital Channels, customer lifecycle).
• Agile or hybrid delivery methodology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and refine BRDs and journey maps for assigned workstreams.
• Define acceptance criteria and business rules for each requirement.
• Perform requirement analysis and articulate problem statements to support delivery.
• Identify ambiguities, edge cases, and missing logic; raise for resolution.
• Develop and maintain functional documentation, standards, and procedures throughout delivery lifecycle.
• Support end-to-end project delivery with internal teams and tech partners.
• Contribute to simplification and standardization of architectures and solutions as directed.
• Adhere to defined processes, governance, and procedures.
