Job summary

WTW is seeking a system configuration and testing professional to support implementations and production environments. The role ensures configurations and tests align with specifications and standards while coordinating with developers to resolve issues.

The successful candidate will develop comprehensive test plans, perform impact analyses, and conduct regression testing across web applications, data imports, batch jobs, reports and extracts. Strong communication in English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS or related area.
• At least 6-10 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience or training in: RDBMS, SQL, Web-based applications and tools.
• Experience in requirements gathering and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for system configuration and testing during implementations and production support.
• Coordinates issues identified during testing with the system developers and pushes each issue thru to resolution.
• Performs impact analysis and regression testing on the different system components during release consumptions.
• Defines and updates system tables as needed.
• Works with team to identify project deliverables and meets established deadlines.
• Coaches and trains internal members of the team on best practices, system-specific and client-specific knowledge.
• Develops and maintains requirements documentation and system configuration based on client requirements.
