Job summary

WTW in the Philippines is seeking a senior QA/BA to oversee system configuration and testing during implementations and production support, ensuring activities meet specifications and standards.

You will develop comprehensive test plans for web applications, data imports, batch jobs, reports and extracts, and coordinate issues with system developers to drive resolution. The role requires driving impact analyses and coordinating with client teams to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS or related area.
• At least 6-10 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience or training in: RDBMS, SQL, Web-based applications and tools.
• Experience with test plan creation, testing procedures and test plan execution is required.
• Experience in requirements gathering and documentation is required.
• Experience in the Financials, Human Resources or Benefits domain areas is preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience working with the US is preferred.
• Ability to work on “virtual” teams with members from different geographic areas.
• Ability to multi-task, and be mindful of deadlines.
• Self-motivated and ability to remain focused on assigned projects.
• Committed to quality and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Configure and test during implementations and production support, ensuring work meets specifications and standards.
• Develop comprehensive test plans and execute testing for web apps, data imports, batch jobs, reports and extracts.
• Coordinate testing issues with system developers and drive resolution.
• Perform impact analysis and regression testing for releases.
• Define and update system tables as needed.
• Identify project deliverables and meet established deadlines.
• Collaborate with client teams and other Business Analysts as needed.
• Assist in developing standardized work processes and tools that improve quality.
• Follow national line of business processes for deploying base solutions.
• Participate in national line of business sessions and teams.
