Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements, identify process gaps, and improve workflows and systems.
• Document business requirements, functional specs, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize product backlog based on business needs, user feedback, and project priorities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and technical teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews.
• Coordinate UAT, validate features against requirements, and facilitate business sign-off.
• Support system implementation, troubleshoot issues, and seek continuous improvement.
