Job summary

RCBC in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive clarity and translation of business needs into actionable solutions. You will partner with stakeholders, lead workshops, document requirements and ensure alignment with strategic initiatives.

You will analyze customer journeys, identify pain points, model processes, mentor junior analysts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver change and improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• A college degree preferably in Business or Industrial Engineering.
• With at least 5 years of experience in a senior business analyst role.
• Proven ability to analyze data, identify patterns and propose effective solutions.
• Expertise in process mapping, streamlining and continuous improvement.
• Exceptional ability to think holistically about the customer experience and design solutions that deliver value.
• Experience mentoring junior analysts and influencing cross functional teams.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Lead workshops, interviews and stakeholder sessions to elicit requirements, uncover gaps and prioritize solutions.
• Evaluate end-to-end customer journeys to identify pain points and propose enhancements that improve customer experience.
• Analyze data and trends to generate insights that support decision-making.
• Develop process maps and recommend process improvements to streamline operations.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and developers to ensure alignment between business requirements and delivered solutions.
• Support testing, validation and change management to ensure successful implementation.
