Job summary

Cardinal Health, Inc. is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to elicit, document and validate requirements across business areas in Manila. You will lead stakeholder interviews, map current and future processes, and drive solution design from BRD to user stories.

You will support agile delivery, perform UAT, and ensure traceability of changes. The role requires 2–4 years of BA experience, a related bachelor’s degree, and proficiency in Power BI/Tableau.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of Business Analysis experience.
• Solid understanding of project management principles (Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery models).
• Intermediate to advanced Process and Data analysis skills (process mapping, VSM, Time and Motion Study, Benefit Quantification).
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt required, Green belt preferred.
• Basic to Intermediate Data Analytics skills.
• Familiarity with BI Tools such as Power BI and Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document business and functional requirements.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement validation sessions.
• Analyze current-state processes and support future-state process design.
• Create BRD, FSD, user stories, and process maps.
• Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and UAT.
• Manage requirement changes and traceability.
• Monitor post Go-live performance and provide end-user analysis.
• Facilitate onboarding training for new and existing users of enterprise tools.
