Job summary

Citco is seeking a Senior Business Analyst in Manila to gather and document business requirements, analyze systems, and drive IT-enabled initiatives within the Citco Corporate Solutions division. You will partner with PMO and project teams to ensure proper scoping, testing, and successful deployment of solutions.

The role combines technical and business responsibilities, requiring experience in financial services environments, strong MS Office skills, and familiarity with Jira/Confluence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sciences/IT or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience gathering and documenting business requirements, preferably in financial services.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Oracle EBS SSRS, SharePoint, BO, SQL Reporting, Qlik Sense.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business systems and identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions and workshops with stakeholders.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses for proposed initiatives.
• Document business requirements and track tasks using Confluence.
• Produce detailed specifications for procedures and IT applications.
• Create functional requirements in use cases and coordinate walkthroughs.
• Collaborate with IT to design and implement technical solutions.
• Participate in testing and drive implementation with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain process maps, workflows, and related documentation.
