Job summary

The Citco Group of Companies seeks an IT Business Analyst to gather and document comprehensive requirements, translate business needs into functional specifications, and support IT/Business units globally. You will work with IT Project Managers, product owners, and QA to ensure robust solutions and smooth releases.

Ideal candidates hold a technology or finance-related degree, with CCBA recommended, and comfortable with agile and waterfall methods, within a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technology or related business/financial area.
• CCBA or equivalent certification recommended.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.
• Develop clear system specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and QA teams to ensure alignment.
• Coordinate with Third Party Vendors when needed.
• Assist project teams with process mapping and improvements.
• Support testing activities and sign-off for releases.
