Job summary

Aon Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join its Risk Management team. You will analyse data, develop AI-enabled risk solutions, and support decision-making across APAC regions from a Philippines-based role with hybrid collaboration.

You will work with Compliance, Legal, Internal Audit, and Solution Line leaders to drive better risk outcomes and governance. Strong Excel and BI skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a business analyst in the insurance sector.
• Strong skills in Excel and data tools such as QlikView and Power BI.
• Aptitude for applying AI tools to daily tasks, problem solving and automation.

Responsibilities

• Collate data and risk summaries to support reporting into the Global Risk Office.
• Apply AI to promote innovation in Risk Management.
• Assist in liability analysis and prepare business cases for Risk Committees.
• Maintain the new product register and develop core MI control reports.
• Analyze data related to Quality Assurance and Peer Review processes.
• Collaborate with CRO and APAC Risk team and other lines of defence to derive insights.

The Business Analyst role in Aon in our Risk Management function supporting the Asia Pacific (APAC) region could be your next step in your career.

We are seeking interested candidates for the role of “Business Analyst, APAC” but with location in Poland given the hybrid conditions on offer and the Risk support community already in place in Krakow.

This role supports the Australia Pacific Risk function within Aon reporting into the APAC Chief Risk Officer. It represents an exciting opportunity to help frame the risk based decisions of the APAC business.

What the day will look like

• Collating data and risk summaries and supporting the reporting on status into business and Global Risk Office


• Application of AI in promoting innovation in the Risk Management function


• Limit of Liability Analysis including assistance in compiling business cases to be submitted to Risk Committees and monthly reporting via Aon Connect


• E&O data analysis and breakdown;


• Compiling and maintaining the new product register


• Working with business on development of core MI control reports;


• Assessment of data relating to Quality Assurance and Peer Review processes

Skills and experience that will lead to success

• Solid Experience in working in business analyst role preferably in insurance sector


• Expert user of excel and data related tools (e.g. QlikView, Power BI)


• An aptitude for applying AI tools in your daily tasks, for problem solving and for automation and efficiency gains


• Ability to work with CRO and APAC Risk team and other lines of defence to draw conclusions, improved business outcomes based on trends patterns in data.


• Advanced communication skills
