Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science or equivalent.
• Typically 12-15+ years’ experience.
• Proven technical leadership across multi-projects.
• Knowledge of Australian Standards or international codes.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to development of the office against strategic goals.
• Mentor assigned staff and support performance appraisal.
• Develop 3-year office plans including market and people development.
• Analyse financial and non-financial performance of the office.
• Provide high-level design input for projects and coordinate MEP scope.
• Represent the business with the local market and industry bodies.
• Participate in appraisals of direct reports and approve offers within delegation.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and policies.
