Job summary

TYLin Philippines seeks a Senior Bridge Engineer to join our Bridge Sector in Manila. You will lead multi-disciplinary bridge design projects for public sector clients, manage client relationships, and contribute to proposals and pursuits.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in steel and concrete bridge design, strong PM skills, and proficiency in AutoCAD, MicroStation, and BIM tools such as Revit. Travel may be required, and registration as a Philippine PE is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil/structural engineering; master's preferred.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in the Philippines or international charter membership.
• 10+ years in steel and concrete bridge design.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers.
• Familiarity with AASHTO and DPWH DGCS codes.
• Strong PM and client relationship skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MicroStation; Revit BIM preferred.
• Willing to travel.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of bridges, culverts, retaining walls, and related structures.
• Provide on-site support during construction and inspections.
• Prepare drawings and documentation per applicable standards.
• Lead projects for public sector clients nationwide.
• Primary Client Manager for Philippine districts; maintain relationships.
• Lead proposal development and pursue opportunities.
• Represent team in public presentations and Stakeholder communications.
• Collaborate with Bridge Director and leadership on tasks.
