TYLin Philippines is seeking a CAD Manager – Bridge with 20+ years in Civil/Structural drafting to lead a bridge design team. You will manage 2D/3D bridge layouts, QA/QC, and ensure adherence to standards while mentoring staff and coordinating with engineers and clients.

You will supervise plans, conduct design reviews, and promote digital delivery and best practices across projects. Hybrid work setup in Manila supports a balanced schedule.

This role is critical in driving technical excellence, digital delivery, and team development across bridge design projects while aligning with TYLin’s commitment to quality, collaboration, and innovation.# **Responsibilities & Qualifications****Key Responsibilities*** Experience in the preparation of 2D and 3D bridge layout models (references) and sheets (contract documents).* Conducts QA/QC on red-line changes to contract drawings.* Supervise the development of bridge plans (structural and civil) including general layouts, foundation plans, concrete details, steel details, cross sections, reinforcing details, utility plans, and exhibits.* Interpret design information from existing plans, sketches, redlines, and visualizations to create detailed bridge plans.* Adhere to TYLin’s production practices and the client CAD standards.* Consult and understand design manuals, local and international codes, agency standards and procedures.* Conducts team meetings to discuss strategies required for deliverables.* Lead, manage, and be accountable for the team’s performance and development, including setting goals, providing regular feedback, mentoring team members, and driving continuous skills improvement* Maintain electronic project file organization and archives.* Document as-built revisions and adhere to file storage policies.* Ability to perform quantity calculations.* Other related tasks as required.**Qualifications:*** At least 20-25+ years of relevant experience in Civil/Structural Drafting.* Experience managing a team of designers.* A technical degree in engineering technology from an accredited technical institution is preferred.* Proficient in the use of AutoCAD, Revit and MicroStation in an engineering environment, specifically associated with the production of bridge structural and civil plans.* Extensive familiarity with the DPWH bridge detailing procedures.* Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office, Acrobat/Bluebeam, and other engineering production software are recommended.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.* Positive, self-driven attitude.* Ability to prioritize and organize assigned tasks.* BIM, 3D Modeling experience preferred.# **Additional Information**NAAt **TYLin** Philippines, we recognize the significance of achieving a balanced work- life dynamic.
