TYLin Philippines is seeking a Principal Bridge Engineer to lead our bridge sector initiatives in the Philippines, reporting to the Bridge Director. You will guide project execution from concept to detailed design, manage schedules and budgets, and engage clients to drive opportunities.

• Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering and PE license.
• 18+ years of experience in structural/bridge engineering on large infra projects.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams with QA/QC focus.
• Excellent communication and client engagement skills across audiences.
• Commitment to innovation, sustainability and integrity in delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of engineers and designers across bridge projects from concept to detail design.
• Oversee structural analysis and design of complex steel and concrete bridges with code compliance.
• Direct and review plans, specs, cost estimates and scopes of work.
• Develop and manage project schedules and budgets with QA/QC and timely delivery.
• Supervise design work and perform design checks and reviews for quality control.
• Coordinate CAD production and collaboration with other disciplines for integrated delivery.
• Mentor staff, manage utilization, and foster continuous improvement.
• Engage with clients and support business development and opportunities.
