TYLin Philippines is seeking a CAD Manager - Bridge with extensive civil/structural drafting experience to lead bridge design teams. You will drive technical excellence, digital delivery, and staff development across bridge projects, aligning with TYLin’s quality and innovation standards.

Responsibilities include creating detailed bridge plans, supervising 2D/3D models, ensuring QA/QC, and mentoring designers while maintaining file organization and compliance with client standards.

Qualifications

• 20–25+ years in Civil/Structural Drafting.
• Experience managing a team of designers.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit and MicroStation in bridge/civil plans.

Responsibilities

• Prepare 2D/3D bridge layout models and sheets per contract documents.
• QA/QC on red-line changes to drawings and deliverables.
• Lead bridge plans including layouts, foundations, details, cross sections.
• Interpret design information from plans to create detailed bridge plans.
• Adhere to TYLin production practices and client CAD standards.
• Lead team meetings, mentor staff, and drive skills development.
