Job summary

TYLin Philippines is seeking a BIM Modeler to develop, maintain, and update accurate 3D BIM models and project documentation for engineering and infrastructure projects. You will work closely with engineers, designers, and project teams to ensure models and deliverables align with project requirements and BIM standards.

Applicants should have 5+ years BIM/CAD experience, be proficient in AutoCAD and Revit, and familiar with Autodesk Construction Cloud and ProjectWise.

Qualifications

• At least 5+ years of BIM/CAD project experience.
• Experienced using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Experienced with Autodesk Construction Cloud and ProjectWise.
• Knowledge of MicroStation is advantageous.
• Preferably with civil infrastructure and bridges/rails experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain 3D BIM models and 2D drawings.
• Report to Team Leader based in the Philippines for task assignments.
• Adapt workflows to meet BIM standards and project quality expectations.
