Job summary

Brainbox is a unique BPO with a culture centered on kindness. We seek a Senior Graphic Designer to lead brand identities from concept to rollout, building brand systems and guidelines for print, digital and environmental applications in our Pampanga office.

You will work with an established senior designer, ensuring high standards and timely delivery while supporting strategy work with compelling visuals and presentations. This on-site role offers growth and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of brand identity or agency design experience.
• Portfolio showing end-to-end brand identity work.
• Advanced skills in Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.
• Experience with print production and digital file prep.
• Excellent written and spoken English; strong presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Design new brand identities from concept to final artwork.
• Develop logos, typography systems, colour palettes and iconography.
• Create brand guidelines and asset libraries.
• Apply identities across print and digital media.
• Prepare print-ready artwork and liaise with suppliers.
• Collaborate with strategists, developers and marketing teams.
