Job summary

Blueberry in Manila is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to elevate our visual identity across campaigns, digital platforms, and brand experiences. You will lead concept development, design execution, and ensure all outputs align with our brand standards.

Collaborating with the Creative Director, Marketing, and cross-functional teams, you’ll balance creativity with business objectives while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment onsite in Taguig.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications or equivalent agency/in-house experience.
• Strong portfolio showing digital and brand work.
• Solid design principles, typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
• Experience managing creative projects across multiple channels.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress or Umbraco.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Collaborative mindset with ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead design direction and execute visually compelling assets across campaigns and digital channels.
• Collaborate with Creative Director and Marketing to translate briefs into high-quality visuals.
• Maintain brand consistency and adhere to sign-off processes.
• Manage multiple projects and coordinate with developers and production partners.
