Job summary

BSA Solutions Outsourcing Inc. is seeking a seasoned Graphic Designer to implement a new brand identity across print, digital, and events. You will ensure brand consistency, deliver templates, and manage assets.

Collaborate with marketing and external agencies to support ongoing brand management. The role requires a strong portfolio, deep knowledge of brand guidelines, and the ability to work across print and digital formats.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' graphic design experience, incl. end-to-end rebrand/brand rollout.
• Strong portfolio showing brand identity, design systems, multi-channel rollouts.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; experience with Figma & Canva templates.
• Proven experience building brand guidelines, master templates, and asset libraries.
• Solid understanding of print production, signage, and large-format output.
• Experience with multi-brand portfolios, preferably in B2B, healthcare, retail, or distribution.
• Experience using Asana or similar project management tools.
• Available to start promptly and commit to the full contract term.
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design/Visual Communication or related field.

Responsibilities

• Refine and finalise brand guidelines, including logo usage, colour, typography, imagery, iconography, and tone.
• Build a practical design system and component library for cross-channel use.
• Create master templates for print specials, catalogues, brochures, flyers, and product sheets.
• Develop corporate templates including stationery, business cards, emails, presentations, and docs.
• Build EDM, social media, and digital ad templates for in-house use.
• Redesign printed collateral and marketing literature in the new brand.
• Design event stand graphics, banners, signage, and physical touchpoints.
• Prepare print-ready artwork and liaise with printers and suppliers.
