Qualifications

• Polished, on-brand work across digital, print, and physical applications
• Typically 6+ years professional design experience
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Ability to interpret and apply an established or evolving brand system
• Strong typography, layout, color, and production fundamentals
• Experience preparing files for print and large-format output
• Excellent written and verbal communication; present concepts well
• Self-directed with attention to detail and accountability
• Ability to work with remote stakeholders and maintain collaboration hours

Responsibilities

• Translate rough briefs into clear creative concepts and finished assets
• Apply the approved identity across apparel, signage, environmental graphics, and other touchpoints
• Design digital assets including email, onboarding, campaigns, and social content
• Adapt brand across materials and locations with thoughtful design principles
• Develop multiple creative routes and explain rationale to client lead
• Prepare production-ready files for external vendors with correct specs
• Manage multiple concurrent requests and deadlines
• Maintain organized working files and reusable templates
• Identify brand gaps or production risks and raise recommendations
• Perform final quality checks before handoff for brand accuracy
