Qualifications

• Polished, on-brand work across digital, print and environmental applications.
• 6+ years of professional design experience; senior level may compensate for tenure.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Ability to interpret and apply an established or evolving brand system.
• Strong typography, layout, color, hierarchy and production fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Translate briefs into clear creative concepts and finished assets.
• Apply the brand identity across apparel, signage, environmental graphics, and physical touchpoints.
• Design digital and campaign assets, including email, onboarding, promos, and social content.
• Develop multiple creative routes and explain design rationale to stakeholders.
• Prepare production-ready files for external vendors with correct specs.
