Job summary

Bluewater Resorts is seeking a Senior Graphic Artist to drive high-quality visual concepts for branding, marketing, and communication across print, digital, and social media. You will lead creative execution while ensuring brand consistency and visual excellence.

Responsibilities include designing marketing materials, developing social content, and mentoring junior designers. A strong portfolio and experience with fast-paced environments are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• At least 3–5 years experience in graphic design (senior level preferred).
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and technical skills.
• Good understanding of branding and visual storytelling.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity.

Responsibilities

• Create and design marketing materials such as posters, flyers, brochures, banners, and digital ads.
• Develop visual content for social media platforms and website use.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and company standards.
• Collaborate with Marketing, HR, and other departments for creative requirements.
• Edit and enhance photos, videos, and other multimedia assets when needed.
• Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns and promotional materials.
• Manage multiple design projects with tight deadlines.
• Mentor and guide junior graphic designers when necessary.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices.
