Job summary

AVENSYS CONSULTING INC. is seeking an experienced branding designer to conceptualize and craft brochures, presentations, and social media collaterals while following client guidelines. You will own projects end-to-end, responding to calls and emails professionally and delivering high-quality visuals.

The role emphasizes typography, layout, and data visualization, with mentorship of junior designers and collaboration across teams. A senior-level background and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Graphic Design or related discipline.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Document Cloud.
• Strong visual design capability.
• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• User-centric mindset with creative, innovative, and analytical approach.
• Working knowledge of creating infographics and data visualization techniques.
• Flawless typography skills and keen sense of balance and layout.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to persuade.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to interact effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design branding materials such as brochures, placemats, illustrations, layouts, infographics, on-screen presentations, proposals and social media collaterals.
• Adhere to brand guidelines and meet defined aesthetics, quality, turnaround time and efficiency.
• Stay updated with design trends and share with team and customers.
• Mentor junior team members on best design practices.
• Prioritize deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Communicate with customers to understand briefs and share ideas.
• Provide unique and innovative design solutions and guide clients to best choices.
• Take ownership and work independently as a design consultant.
• Be responsive to customers on calls and emails.
• Contribute to organizational initiatives.
