Job summary

Penbrothers is seeking a Senior Brand Designer to own the company’s visual identity and translate strategy into high-quality creative work. You will lead brand direction and execute across web, marketing, events, and internal comms, balancing deep exploration with fast-paced business needs.

This hands-on role requires moving between creative direction and final deliverables, in a hybrid setup amenable to Makati or Mandaluyong offices, aligned with Philippine work hours and local holidays.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6+ years of visual branding experience, ideally with international corporations (Australian, European, US, etc).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating corporate design systems, pitch decks, and sales enablement assets.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma (design systems, components, UI/UX mockups) and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Background stability in a corporate setup; freelancers/contractors not considered.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI tools into ideation and production workflows.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.

Responsibilities

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Brand Designer who can think strategically about brand and translate that thinking into high-quality creative work

As Penbrothers’ sole in-house designer, you will hold complete visual branding oversight. You will be responsible for maintaining and evolving our visual identity while supporting the full range of design needs across web, sales, marketing, events, and internal communications.

This is a highly hands-on role requiring someone who can move comfortably between defining creative direction and executing final deliverables. We need a fast, resourceful, and pragmatic designer who thrives in a corporate environment and understands how to balance deep creative exploration with fast-paced business needs.

Work Set-Up: Hybrid (amenable to do onsite in either Makati or Mandaluyong office/s)

What you’ll do

• Brand Ownership
  • Act as the primary guardian of the Penbrothers brand, ensuring visual consistency across all internal and external touchpoints.
  • Evolve and strengthen the company’s visual identity as the business and its positioning develop.
  • Translate brand strategy and business objectives into clear creative concepts and visual systems.
  • Build and maintain brand guidelines, design systems, templates, and reusable asset libraries.
• Multidisciplinary Design & Corporate Enablement
  • Develop high-impact sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, proposal templates, case studies, one-pagers, and corporate reports.
  • Lead digital UI/UX conceptualization in Figma, creating responsive page mockups, site wireframes, and intuitive user navigation (front-end coding is handled by web developers).
  • Design visual assets for integrated marketing campaigns, social media, paid advertising, email campaigns, PR, employer branding, and internal communications.
  • Design event assets, including booth concepts, signage, presentations, collateral, and physical merchandise.
  • Prepare production-ready files and coordinate with external production suppliers, printers, or freelancers when necessary.
• Creative Problem-Solving and Execution
  • Turn broad or incomplete briefs into clear, high-impact creative solutions.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize work based on business impact and urgency.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Talent Acquisition, Customer Success, and other internal teams.
• AI-Enabled Design Workflow
  • Utilize generative AI tools to accelerate research, concept development, visual creation, and workflow efficiency.
  • Apply strong creative judgment to ensure AI-assisted outputs remain original, brand-compliant, and high quality

What You Bring

• Professional Experience: 3 to 6+ years of visual branding experience, ideally with a proven track record working for international corporations (Australian, European, US, etc.)
• Corporate & B2B Expertise: Strong portfolio demonstrating experience creating corporate design systems, pitch decks, and sales enablement assets. (Note: Strong candidates with B2C experience in fast-paced corporate environments will also be considered).
• Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Figma (design systems, components, UI/UX mockups) and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Background Stability: Proven track record in a corporate setup; candidates with a primary background in freelancing/contracting will not be considered.
• AI Tooling: Hands-on experience integrating AI tools into ideation and production workflows.
• Communication: Excellent written and spoken English skills.

Nice to Have Qualifications

• Basic motion graphics, video editing, or illustration skills
• Experience setting up Canva templates for non-design teams (e.g., Talent Acquisition).
