Job summary

Probe CX currently seeks a Creative Designer to join our team in a hybrid setting (onsite in Eastwood, Quezon City, with 3 days on site and 2 days work-from-home). You will create client-facing proposals, pitch decks, and tender submissions, translating complex business ideas into clear visual stories.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in graphic or presentation design, a graphic design degree or equivalent, and strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, presentation design, or a related creative role.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in Graphic Design or Visual Communication Design, or equivalent experience.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and PowerPoint/Google Slides.

About The Role

We’re looking for a Creative Designer to join our team and bring ideas to life through compelling, professional, and visually engaging designs.

In this role, you’ll primarily create client-facing proposals, pitch decks, presentations, tender submissions, and other business development materials that help communicate our solutions and strengthen our client engagements.

You’ll work closely with our Business Development, Bid Writing, and Solutions teams, transforming complex ideas and information into clear, impactful visual stories that support business growth and client acquisition.

What You’ll Do

• Design and format high-quality client proposals, pitch decks, presentations, tender submissions, and event materials.
• Translate business concepts and value propositions into compelling visual content.
• Ensure consistency across fonts, imagery, layouts, messaging, and overall brand presentation.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Bid Writers, and Solutions Architects to develop creative concepts and design solutions.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh, innovative visual ideas.
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback while maintaining design quality and meeting deadlines.
• Support the development and continuous improvement of our creative and solutions content library.
• Ensure all materials follow company brand guidelines and visual standards.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities while keeping stakeholders updated on progress and deliverables.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, presentation design, or a related creative role.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant tertiary qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Word, and/or Google Workspace (Slides, Docs, etc.).
• Strong visual design, layout, typography, and presentation skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain brand consistency.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, work with tight deadlines, and respond effectively to stakeholder feedback.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
