Job summary

TechNerds Solutions in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Multimedia Designer to join our creative team. You will conceptualize and execute high-quality visual assets across digital, print, social media, email marketing, and branding initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of experience, strong design fundamentals, and proficient use of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma for UI/UX work. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and adherence to brand guidelines are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
• 5–7 years of professional experience in graphic or multimedia design.
• Strong fundamentals in color theory, typography, composition, layout, and storytelling.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• UI/UX experience with Figma, including wireframes and prototypes.
• Portfolio demonstrating versatility across design mediums.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce assets for digital, print, social media, email marketing, and branding.
• Create illustrations, icons, infographics, and typography to strengthen brand identity.
• Develop layouts aligned with brand guidelines and design systems.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Multimedia Designer to be part of our team.

This role is responsible for conceptualizing and executing high-quality visual assets across digital, print, social media, email marketing, and branding initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses strong design fundamentals, a refined creative eye, and the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual experiences while collaborating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities

• Design and produce engaging creative assets for digital, print, social media, email marketing, presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Create custom illustrations, icons, infographics, and typography that strengthen brand identity and enhance visual storytelling across multiple platforms.
• Develop visually compelling layouts while ensuring consistency with established brand guidelines and design systems.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, product, and other cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and translate them into effective design solutions.
• Design user-centric interfaces, wireframes, and prototypes using Figma, applying UI/UX best practices to enhance user experience.
• Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while maintaining clear communication on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
• Present creative concepts and incorporate stakeholder feedback into final designs.
• Ensure all creative assets meet quality standards, brand consistency, and project deadlines.
• Stay current with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously elevate creative output.
• Support animation, motion graphics, and video editing projects when needed (preferred but not required).
• Other duties as may be assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Has 5–7 years of professional experience in graphic design, multimedia design, or a similar creative role.
• Strong understanding of design fundamentals, including color theory, typography, composition, layout, hierarchy, and visual storytelling.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign.
• Experience with Sketch or other graphic design software is an advantage.
• Strong UI/UX design experience using Figma, including wireframing, prototyping, and component-based design systems.
• Experience designing email marketing campaigns and digital marketing assets, including social media content.
• Has a strong portfolio demonstrating creative execution and versatility across various design mediums.
• Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders while effectively managing project timelines and competing priorities.
• Highly organized with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality creative work.
• Experience with motion graphics, animation, or video editing using Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar tools is an advantage.
• Familiarity with responsive and interactive digital design principles is preferred.
• Experience working within established brand guidelines while contributing fresh creative ideas.
• Amenable to work on a night shift schedule.
• Must be able to work on-site at 8th Floor, Zeta Tower, Bridgetowne, C-5, Quezon City (Hybrid work may be available after the transition period).
