Switch Connect in Santa Rosa, Laguna is seeking a Senior Bookkeeper to lead our bookkeeping function onsite. The role will include managing AP/AR, payroll, and reconciliations while supporting month-end activities and reporting. You may mentor offshore staff as the team grows.

The candidate should bring Xero experience and strong Excel skills, with attention to detail and the ability to train others. Immediate start date offered with onsite work in Santa Rosa.

Qualifications

• Xero experience is essential.
• Solid experience in AP, AR and payroll.
• Experience with bank, credit card, and cash reconciliations; strong Excel and Office skills.
• Certificate/Diploma in Finance/Bookkeeping, or pursuing CPA.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage AP transactions including invoices, payments and reconciliations.
• Process and manage AR transactions including invoicing and follow-up of outstanding accounts.
• Manage payroll processing and related administration.
• Perform daily bank, credit card and cash reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate financial records in Xero and support month-end close.

Salary Range: ₱40,000 – ₱50,000/month (depending on experience)

Start Date: Immediate We are looking for an experienced Senior Bookkeeper to join our growing team. Our ideal candidate will initially take the lead in managing our bookkeeping function, with the opportunity to eventually train and support 1–2 additional offshore finance staff members as the team grows.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with:

• Xero experience – essential.
• Solid experience in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and payroll.
• Experience with bank, credit card, and cash reconciliations. Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Certificate/Diploma in Finance, Bookkeeping, or an equivalent qualification, or someone currently studying toward their CPA.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while also supporting and training others.
• Willingness to learn our business operations and develop a strong understanding of our specific AR and reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage Accounts Payable (AP) transactions, including supplier invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
• Process and manage Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions, including invoicing, receipts, allocations, and follow-up of outstanding accounts.
• Manage payroll processing and related payroll administration.
• Complete daily bank, credit card, and cash reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in Xero.
• Assist with month-end processes, reporting, and financial reconciliations.
• Monitor and maintain accurate AP and AR records and reporting.
• Handle invoice processing, data entry, and general bookkeeping duties.
• Support the preparation of financial information and management reports.
• Ensure financial information is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Develop a strong understanding of our business operations, AR processes, and reporting requirements.
• Help establish and maintain effective finance processes and controls as the function grows.
